The ICM team is dedicated to providing each of our clients with the best solution for their immediate needs. Each client and family system has unique needs and we strive to customize our services to meet these needs.
Family Intervention Services
When your loved one suffers from a substance abuse, mental health, or eating disorder and is not willing or able to obtain professional assistance, you suffer along with them. ICM Asssociates has four experienced intervention specialists on staff to assist you in working with your family member and lovingly persuade them to accept the help they need. Intensive Case Management Services
Intensive case management services are offered out of all three ICM office locations. This service is specifically designed for individuals who need additional assistance in making the transition from treatment back into the community, or for clients with noted difficulty "meshing" their personal recovery with the other areas of their life.
Early recovery can be an extremely stressful time for a person. The newly recovering person is expected to focus on their recovery while navigating the challenges of day to day life.
ICM case managers assist our clients in daily problem solving, life skills development, and maintaining life balance. This assistance, as part of a comprehensive relapse prevention plan can potentially be the difference between sustained recovery and symptom relapse.

Assessment and Treatment Matching
Treatment options for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders (or both) are numerous and extensive. Levels of care and what is truly needed can be hard to understand.
Choosing the best program can be difficult, overwhelming, and tedious.
Many programs offer specialized program components, others do not. Some are private pay only, others use insurance. People often report feeling unsure about the best choice for themselves or for their family members.
ICM Associates can assist in this process by performing a comprehensive evaluation identifying appropriate levels of care, identifying main issues, and providing recommendations for treatment programs that meet the need of the client as specifically as possible.
