Kate Caravella, CAC, NCAC 1, BRI 1
Kate is co-founder of ICM Associates, Inc. and is the managing director of the Madiera Beach, Florida office. Kate has a degree in social work and women studies. She has 15 years of direct experience in working with mental health/substance abuse/ and eating disorders. Additionally, Kate is a Certified Addictions Counselor in the State of Florida, a level one Nationally Certified Addictions Counselor, and is a level one Board Registered Intervention Specialist. Kate was recently published and her journal article can be reviewed on this site. Her experise is working with individuals with co-occurring/dual diagnosis, treatment resistant indivdiuals, and chronic relapsers.
Meg M. Bernard, CBHT
Meg is a co-founder of ICM Associates, Inc. She is the managing director and lead case manager and intervention specialist in our Delray Beach office. Meg has extensive experience working with young adults, severely dually diagnosed clients, individuals with eating disorders, older adults, and chronic relapsers. She is a seasoned intervention specialist who works with treatment resistant clients. Meg is a Certified Behavioral Healthcare Technician. Meg@icmassoc.com
Beryl Levy, MS.
Beryl joined ICM Associates in 2007 and is the managing director and lead case manager in our Sugar Land, Texas office. She has earned degrees in Education and Psychology and has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Beryl has been employed as a life coach, teacher, tutor, and wellness program coordinator. She possess excellent clinical skills which she has employed working with teens, young adults, and adults with co-occurring mental health, substance abuse, and learning disorders. Elena M. Johnston, BSW.
Elena first joined ICM Associates in 2005 as a case manager in our Delray Beach office. She transferred to the Madeira Beach office in 2006. Elena is a case manager and intervention specialist with several years of experience. She has a degree in Social Work and is currently pursuing additional training in Addiction Studies. Nicole Schweon, LMHC, CAP.
Nicole joined ICM Associates, Inc. as an intervention specialist in 2007. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional in the State of Florida, and has over 10 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields. Additionally, Nicole has received specialized training in DBT and has significant experience working with individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder. Tanya M. Badour, CBHT.
Tanya joined ICM Associates, Inc. in 2006. She is the support staff and administrative assistant for all ICM employees, in addition to providing case management assistance to clients out of the Madeira Beach office. Brian Perchick, BS.
Brian joined ICM Associates as a case manager in our Delray Beach office in 2007. He has several years of experience and is also a key staff member at a well known halfway house in Delray Beach, Florida.
